From a chair, wheelchair or standing, Vitality In Motion classes make the power of movement accessible to all. We are experts in dance, helping inspire healthy, active living through “entertaining exercise” brought right to your community. Our programs are offered at over 120 senior living communities and adult day centers bringing vibrant, innovative programming to enhance the lives of seniors.
